At Picante Products ltd, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we have strict return guidelines to ensure hygiene and safety. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns Eligibility

• We accept returns only on unopened and unused items in their original packaging.

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.

• Opened, used, or damaged products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.


How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our customer support team at customers@picanteproducts.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

2. If your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund (excluding original shipping costs) within 15 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items


If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items returned after 30 days
